Prices 2009 (in Euros)

Stays 8 days or longer

Accomodation

13.50 EUR per person and day

In addition, flat rate for:

Occupation of the buildings: 50 EUR per buiilding, i. e. 150 EUR for all three (groups less than ten persons: 35 EUR)
Exclusive use of the small kitchen in "Le Ronquet" (including dishes): 25 EUR per week
Exclusive use of the large kitchen in "Les Huguenans" (including dishes): 65 EUR per week

Options:

Flat rate for:

Rent of complete bedding set, including (in addition to the mattress protection, which is always provided): fitted sheet, duvet and cover, and plumeau case, pillow and pillow case: 5 EUR
Rent of partial bedding set, including (in addition to the mattress protection, which is always provided): fitted sheet, pillow and pillow case: 2 EUR
Note: For hygienic reasons, the janitor will check that every person is in possession of the neccessary bedding equipment. In case certain elements are missing, the janitor will impose the full bedding set or the partial bedding set.
Use of the PC and our internet connection, including: internet connection via cable or wireless, email, web browsing, free phone calls to fixed lines in 40 countries (including Germany and the United States), etc.: 50 EUR (phone calls are free in emergencies).

Laundry and laundry dryer

At the agreed hours, the laundry is handed over to the janitor, who alone is allowed to handle the laundry equipment and appliances.

Heating

During the low-season (depending on the year, from October / November to March / April), a fee of 2 EUR is applied per person and day.

Simultaneous occupation by several groups

If a group, due to its size, occupies only part of the premises, the administration reserves the right to accomodate another group. In this case, the use of common facilities (kitchen, dining areas, meeting rooms, TV, computer and internet) will be defined on a case by case basis (based on the number of people in and profile of each group) by the janitor.

Payment terms

10% advance payment upon reservation
40% one and a half months before date of arrival
grand total upon receipt of invoice for the entire stay

Deposit

Upon arrival of the group, a deposit of 150 EUR will be paid, which will be refunded upon inspection after the end of the stay

Responsibility of group

Every group is responsible for the maintenance of the premises (cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, dining area, dishes, appliances, etc.) and for leaving the premises in their initial state at the end of the stay. The janitor will perform an inspection at the beginning and at the end of the stay. All deteriorations will be charged to the group.

Stays less than 8 days

Accomodation: 15.50 EUR per person and day
This includes coffee, tea and sugar.

All other conditions for stays 8 days and longer apply without modifications, in particular:

Specific stays

We organize your stay taking into account your special needs and requirements. For special requests (school trips, handicapped persons, etc.), we provide you with a specific detailed quotation, which will be discussed with the person responisble for the project.

Meals

Breakfast

Breakfast is prepared by the group in the kitchen and is at the charge of the group. For stays shorter than 8 days, CORE provides: coffee, tea, and sugar (see above).

Lunch and dinner (self-catering with meal delivery)

We collaborate with a local caterer who guaranees an excellent price-performance ratio.

Adults and children 12 years and older: price for meal without beverages: 8.50 EUR
Children under 12 years: price for meal without beverages: 5.50 EUR

Orders for meals are to be sent to the janitor via fax or email and will be transmitted to the caterer.

Rent of meeting room and / or kitchen (without accomodation)

Large meeting room in the "Huguenans" building (family events, non-profit): 165 EUR
Supplement for large kitchen and dishes: 85 EUR
Supplement for small kitchen: 35 EUR
